Delete Loan Commission

Loan Commissions can be deleted as long as the loan has not yet been disbursed. In case the loan has been disbursed the corresponding disbursement has to be deleted at Loan/delete loan entries/Delete Loan Disbursement before the loan commission can be available for deletion.

How to Delete Loan Commission?

To Delete Loan Commission, you go to Loans/Delete Loan Entries/Delete Loan Commission. A screen like one below appears:

• All loan commissions will appear in the grid as seen above.

• NB. The Loan whose commission was paid will appear and on the grid depending on the option selected under the checkbox "Loan commission paid after approval or Loan commission paid before approval".
  

• From the displayed scroll window, click on the loan number whose commission is to be deleted e.g. "KA/00079" of Kawesi Lilian as shown above.
• Click on the Save button to delete the Loan commission. (The loan commission is deleted and the loan is now available in the pending commissions list).

NB. For a FoxPro database, a purge should be done after deletion. This is at System/Purge.
